DESCRIPTION In a fast-paced manufacturing facility, the Electrical Assembler uses blueprints and electrical schematics to wire electrical enclosures and cable harnesses for food processing and/or battery handling equipment. Electrical Assemblers are detail- oriented, skilled employees who build and test products by safely using shop equipment and such standard hands tools as pneumatic tools, electric tools, and multimeters. Assemblers must be able work independently and in cooperation with other employees. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1. Accurately read and interpret blueprints. 2. Accurately read and interpret electrical schematics. 3. Safely operate grinders, pneumatic tools, and multimeters. 4. Comply with Shop and Department Safety Rules and practices. 5. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry for distances to 25 feet. 6. Other duties as assigned. CONDITIONS 1. Hours per day - 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with opportunities for overtime. 2. Work Breaks – two 15-minute breaks daily, one 30-minute lunch break. Temple Temps 315 W.
