Benefits Package • Top Industry Pay • Performance Bonuses Duties • Model of excellence in safety and work ethic • Installing hardscape and landscape. • Grading and site work • Planting of trees, shrubs, ground-covers, and flowers • Mulching • Loading and unloading plant materials • Operating a small power equipment, skid steer, and mini-excavator ( Must have experience ) • Snow removal in the winter months Requirements • 2+ years experience as a Proven foreman with a professional landscape company. • Valid driver's license with good record • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to lead, train, and be a team player • Self-motivated, organized, strong work ethic, focused, positive attitude, dependable, and attentive to details • Plant identification is a plus • Familiarity with snow plow/salt truck operations preferred • Able to lift 50+ lbs • CDL-A preferred, training, licensing, and bonuses available For information call 810-208-7822 or apply online at [email protected]
