Missing red eared slider

My female red eared slider is missing. I was cleaning out her and her sisters tank while they were running around inside. Little did I know, my kids had the sliding door open to our patio. So far I have not found her inside but I am still looking. She is about 6 inches long.she has a deformity on her shell, Her shell has double vertabral down the center and her shell is slightly turned up like a hair do all around the edges. Her name is Madame Tortuga. I have had her and her sister for almost 4 years and I am extremely worried, if anyone has seen her or took her somewhere, please let me know!
