We are recruiting for a virtual focus group on Saturday, August 21, 2021. You will listen to details of a real legal case and provide input. The focus group will be conducted as a Zoom Meeting. You must have a stable internet connection and participate with both the audio and video feature enabled on Zoom. This is a mock jury where people will give their opinions of the case issues. You can think of it like a jury experience, except you can do this from the comfort of your own home. No experience necessary and we welcome homemakers, students, retirees, current employees, highly educated, no formal education, people with expertise and people with no expertise in anything! This virtual focus group is a way to earn money and do something nearly everyone loves – talking and giving opinions that really matter to someone….and get paid for it. Qualifications: You MUST: Not be currently called for jury duty Live in Alameda County Be able and willing to maintain confidentiality Be willing to sign a comprehensive, legally-binding confidentiality agreement. Be Eligible to vote, but not necessarily registered Must have computer with working internet, with camera or webcam, no cellphones. Be able to stay the entire project. Give intelligent thoughts and opinions about the subject matter. Agree to be videotaped to be viewed only by the associated parties, and not for public use.
