There has never been a time since ethnic nation was founded that no immigrants entered this nation. The United States was founded by our forefathers as a place for people of ALL nations to seek opportunity. America was founded by immigrants and has been built by immigrants. Our ironic stature of liberty reads: "Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free. The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless tempest-tossed to me. I lift my lamp beside the golden door" Racists cry out about immigration from Mexico and South America. but these same racists never say a single word agains the hundreds of thousands of European immigrants who enter this nation illegally every year. They never complain about the ten of thousand white people who sneak into this country every month. If you fear a person based on their culture or color of skin, you are a racist. If you do not like immigration in America, feel free to return to whatever country YOUR family immigrated from.
