Handyman needed to vent bathroom

I live near 900 S 900 W in SLC and need a couple of bathroom projects completed... 1. Remount dryer on wall It's a portable dryer, roughly 13 pounds. I mounted it on the wall about a year ago. I want to make sure it never comes crashing down. 2. Vent dryer up through ceiling & out of house It currently just vents inside the bathroom. 3. Bathroom exhaust fan - vent outside It currently terminates just above the fan in the attic, with no vent piping. **If interested, please respond to these questions: 1.
