We are looking for skilled, experienced, reliable contractors with tools and references to build relationship with. Pay depends on how efficient you are ($20-40/hr). Framer: Must know everything about framing, specially framing roofs. Foundation: Must know how to do footings, piers, foundation walls and french drains.
