Inspectors perform visual occupancy verification's and vacant damage assessments on foreclosed homes for investors, banks and lending institutions. All reports are completed via handheld Smartphone devices. Inspectors do not need to report daily to an office. Prep and final work will be completed at home and field work on the road. Perfect opportunity for the right person(s) who can work independently outside the confines of an office and enjoy daily challenges. Qualified candidates must have a good driving record and submit to a background/drug test. An ideal candidate will be well organized, have strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills. You should be comfortable driving 8-10hrs a day and be able to get in/out of vehicle up to 50 times a day. A strong knowledge of modern technology including Iphone applications and GPS devices. Finally an understanding of basic excel, word and windows programs. Full time 4 day 10hr shifts. Rolling day off so you can enjoy a 4 day weekend every 5ht week Above all we are looking for good honest hardworking people. If that's you then we welcome you to apply.
