Project cover band of experienced musicians is seeking an experienced drummer & lead vocalist, female or male. (1 or 2 people) Please no beginners. Music ranging from late 60s-early 80s quality Rock/Soul/Blues/Pop, avoiding most typical bar band cover tunes. We have: keyboardist/vocalist, guitarist, and bassist/vocalist. Vocalist must be able to learn and sing background harmonies. We’ve been rehearsing on Sundays at 11am for 2 hours. Rehearsals are in North Mt Pleasant in dedicated in-house music room, well equipped including acoustic treatments, larger electronic drum set, and PA + IEM system with personal mixers. Project band only. Would consider an occasional gig in the future if there’s a consensus, but that is not our main goal. We’re serious in our efforts to create a great cohesive sound, but keep it low pressure and fun at the same time. We’ll also do some occasional recording. It’s all about enjoying the music and having fun in the process. Please inquire for current song list. Thanks!
