Car Wash Lot Maintenance

Description

We are looking for someone to clean and maintain the lots of 2 car washes in Pinellas County. Duties include, dumping all trash, sweep the lot, pick up trash in grassy areas, Hose down all bays, roll up vacuum hoses and keep vacuums cleaned out and in proper operation. Mow and trim grass as needed and other misc. light maintenance work. Must have a valid drivers license and your own reliable transportation. Small pick up truck would be ideal but not required. We have 2 locations in Pinellas County that you will be responsible for. You would be required to start at 7 am and will be finished by 11 am but the amount of hours can vary week to week. You would be paid for drive time between locations. Also possibly with the right person helping us we would be willing and able to provide auto detailing for our customers, this would be in addition to your maintenance responsibilities and could generate further income for yourself.
