Need painter for studio apartment

I have a studio apartment at 393 W 49th street. There was water damage that needs to be repainted in the closet - will need to scrape and sand 2 sq ft corner in closet and there is touch up in the apartment. I believe there is still some paint in the apartment but if not then the painter would need to purchase paint which I would reimburse. The entire apartment is 460 sq ft but the entire apartment does not need repainting. Just touch up. I want the work done Tuesday - Thursday of next week. The building will require insurance so you would need to price in insurance using one of the rapid insurance issuance apps. This should be a few hours of work.
