NGP is an experiential marketing and event staffing agency with 360 degrees of specialized services and event Personnel that host unique experiences that leave an indelible mark on our target market, all while increasing the recognition and impact of the brand we represent. NGP is looking for experienced street team/brand ambassadors to represent our client's brands. We are looking for high-energy, responsible, and outgoing staff to help bring these brands to a new level. Previous experience doing promotions is a HUGE plus. We are looking to hire ASAP. Job Responsibilities: o Execute promotions as designed by NGP in their respective markets o Set up all promotional elements as detailed in the program training manual o Energetically and proactively engage consumers‚ o Facilitate the distribution of brand samples (where legal) o Facilitate experiential portions of each event (games, activities, education, etc.) o Manage the distribution of branded POS materials to consumers and the trade as dictated in the program training manual o Load out all program materials at the end of the event o Clean all program materials and retail space at the end of the event o Facilitate reimbursement of retail partners o Record hours worked on timesheets o Complete post event report form detailing event results o Work with Market Mangers to create summary program recaps that identify key learning and future program recommendations o Position Requirements: o Ability to prioritize and juggle many tasks o Strong written, verbal and public speaking skills o Entrepreneurial spirit with keen attention to detail Self-starter with an outgoing and gregarious personality Adept at selling and interacting with diverse groups of people Stylish appearance and basic understanding of target consumers Ability to show up to the account on time with hair and make-up ready pictures Minimum of 18years of age Must be legally able to work in the US Hiring Organization: NGP Hiring Organization: NGP Principals only.
