Lost Older Male Shih Tzu near Nampa Civic Center

Gate was left open and our dog Sam wandered off near Nampa Civic Center. He's gray and white and hard of hearing and losing his vision. He's missing some teeth and has a snaggle tooth. He wasn't wearing tags as he's a house dog. If you have seen him or have taken him in, please give me a call. He's a very friendly dog. He's been missing since 8/14.
