N.O.L.A. Entertainment LLC Presents: "Gather up" A dance pop-up "Dance Heart & Soul Saturday. Come dance, meet new friends, and have fun. Triche Sylvester owner of N.O.L.A. Entertainment LLC is holding a fun, flow, and energetic dance class on 08/21/2021 at Formation Studio Featuring: 3 sessions, snacks, and water (Session 1) Stretch and Flow, Leaux : 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm (Session 2) Hip Hop Akela: 4:15 pm to 5:30 pm (Session 3 ) Neo-Soul and Hip Hop cardio jam: Triche 5:45 to 7:00 pm This class is about community and inclusion. I don’t want anyone to have a financial or social barrier. All levels, ages, and genders are welcome. We can build people up and inspire them to dance. Donations can be added to your registration or given at the door, but a donation is not required to attend.
