Bathroom Floor and subfloor replacement

Floor has to come up due to water damage. You can get access underneath from basement. May make sense to check support and that everything is structurally sound. Want to replace with simple linoleum so fact it is uneven will not cause problems in the future. Bathroom is small. I pay for all supplies. I'm located 3 miles off rt 89.
