Im looking for a small garage or out building with low rent. Its fine with me if the building needs some repairs. I would be willing to clean out & make any repair that is needed & i would cover the cost of material & would make the repairs myself. I would be using the building for work & hobbies & would most likely be there everyday for different amounts of time. I do home repair & property management & would like to do some bartering.
