Splash! A Community Waterfront Experience is a community event at the Middle Branch Waterfront that is open to all. Splash! A Community Waterfront Experience is an opportunity for the South Baltimore community to connect with each other as well as Reimagine Middle Branch project team members. Enjoy boating, food and more while learning about the waterfront and future opportunities for engagement! This event will follow the City of Baltimore's COVID-19 guidelines - https://coronavirus.baltimorecity.gov/executiveorders. Note: If you would like to take part in boating activities (kayaking, canoeing or team rowing) please select your timeslot when registering. If you select a boating timeslot you will still have general admission access to the rest of the event. Boating tickets are limited and are first come, first serve. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the team boating experience, and 12 years of age or older to participate in kayaking. All ages are welcome for canoeing as long as youth are accompanied by an adult. About the Reimagine Middle Branch Plan: Reimagine Middle Branch is a community-driven initiative to reconnect South Baltimore to its 11+ miles of shoreline along the Patapsco River. The Plan involves designing a network of world-class parks, trails, and programs, while fostering connections and economic opportunity in adjacent neighborhoods.
