Glebe Road, Arlington, VA 22207STEM for Her cordially invites you to a celebration of our amazing girls and young women. We will highlight our accomplishments over the last COVID19 “endless” year and share the exciting programs and events we have in store to further impact girls and young women interested in STEM based careers. You will meet our Board Chair, hear from students directly impacted by our programs, and connect with leading professionals from area wealth management, estate planning, CPA, and law firms, along with representatives from local community foundations. Weather permitting this event will be held on the terrace to allow for social distancing. The STEM for Her Mission is to promote education to create awareness, excitement, and opportunities among girls and young women to launch successful STEM-related careers. Through direct exposure to hands-on experiences, mentors and role models and other programs, STEM for Her enables girls and young women to envision the path to an education and a career in STEM. We develop our own programs and partner with girl leaders, community organizations and corporations with a strong focus on the underserved populations in the Washington, DC Metro Area.
