Rejuvenate and relax with us as you enjoy a day of self care seminars on health and wellness topics including: "Break Through to Better Health" with Juice Plus Speaker Loretta Wilkins and "Improving Mental Well-Being: Post Pandemic" by Dr. Megan Amaya, Director Health & Wellness Promotion, The Ohio State University Bring money to shop with health/wellness businesses and vendors who provide products to heal mind, body and spirit. Healthy breakfast and lunch provided! Individually boxed lunches - vegetarian and gluten-free options available. Open to all women - bring a friend and share in the gift of health and happiness! Seating will follow social distancing and mask recommended/will be available. Participation limited so register early! Early Registration only $25 (before Oct 2nd). $35 at Door. Vendor registration is $50. Conference schedule 8:30-9:30am - Continental Breakfast/Check-In/Shopping 9:30am - Keynote Speaker - Dr. Megan Amaya - Improving Mental Well-Being: Post Pandemic 10:30 - Gentle Chair Yoga (15 mins - optional) 11:00am - Morning Speaker - Juice Plus Speaker Loretta Wilkins - Break Through to Better Health 11:45am-12:30 - LUNCH (vegetarian & gluten-free options available) 12:30 - Door Prizes/Closing Remarks Note to vendors: Vendor registration $50. Limited to 20 vendors. **This includes a 6' x 3' table and two fold out chairs. One lunch meal is included with registration.
