Coming out party & live music show for Northern Colorado-based nonprofit Sound Affects Music. Join us at Odell Brewing Co for a fundraiser & party supporting Sound Affects Music. There will be beer, a food truck, live music performances by Bevin Luna Band and ZEMBU, a musical telegram station with Veronica May, and introduction to the work of Sound Affects. For this event, Sound Affects will require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test for entry. Sound Affects connects professional musicians with elder individuals living in senior care facilities or at home. Through live performance, one-on-one residencies, and advocacy, Sound Affects meets the needs of those who are prone to isolation and who cannot access public music in the ways that they wish. We're also an evolving platform for both older adults and musicians to use music to engage in their larger community and to experience mutual and lifelong esteem. Can't make it to the event?
