Workspace for Bus Project

Hey everyone, I just moved to Corvallis. My temporary housing is in very residential area and hoping to find a better location to finish my build. I’m looking for a workspace/wood shop to finish building out my bus. Or even just a flat location with access to electricity. I have all the tools I need but access to an existing woodshop would be amazing. The bus doesn’t have to live at the workspace location. I’m very willing to pay monthly to use the space.
