Enjoy a seat in our brewery as Ryan guides you through a detailed tasting experience of six CBW beers—complete with a full pint at the end! Each ticket includes six 5oz pours of CBW, including Buffalo’s FIRST foeder-aged beer: Strawberry Gold Golden Ale. FEATURED BEER: STRAWBERRY GOLD Fittingly named, Strawberry Gold gives a nod to the heritage, the history, and the mission of the Lexington Co-op Market as they celebrate 50 years of community-driven operation in Buffalo. This limited-edition golden ale was aged for nearly two years in an oak “foeder” barrel—the first in Buffalo! We used two strains of wild yeast to introduce a subtle funk that pairs perfectly with the bright aromas and flavors of 800 pounds of local strawberries; finishing dry with a lively carbonation.
