DJ Sounds: Afrobeat | Reggae/dancehall | Soca | Amapiano| Hip-Hop | R&B | Global Ages 21+ WHAT IS AFROTINGS?Established in 2018, AfroTings is a pop-up Afro-Caribbean entertainment experience. Inspired by the sounds and rhythms of afrobeats, reggae, amapiano, and soca music. This pop-up party features DJ sets and emerging artists to immerse guests in a fun and electric night full of groovy dance music across the diaspora. IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE: MASKS REQUIRED Due to the ongoing fight against COVID-19, in accordance with applicable public health conditions and government agencies, guests will be required to wear a face covering that covers both the nose and mouth at all times regardless of vaccination status except when actively eating or drinking. FAQI forgot / lost my mask. Will you have them onsite? Yes, limited disposable masks will be available upon entry should you need one. We do encourage attendees to bring a spare mask. Can I be asked to leave by event staff / security if I am not wearing my mask indoors and am not eating or drinking? Yes.
