Explore the arboretum collection of Elmhurst University's campus on a beautiful autumn afternoon!
Mark Wakely, an Elmhurst University alumnus and longtime campus services manager, will lead a walking tour showcasing the top specimens in the arboretum collection. See the first tree that was planted to start the arboretum in 1966, learn fun tree facts and care tips, and utilize your senses to engage with the trees on campus. Tour lasts approximately 2-2.5 hours and begins at the Niebuhr Statue (east side of Frick Center). Limit: 30 participants.
