PennBrothers Maintenance is seeking some great Property Preservation contractor | Handyman | Grass cut crews | debris/garbage removal crews, and minor repair crews in Allegan, Barry, auburn, Kalamazoo, Cass, saint Joseph, branch, Calhoun, Eaton, Ingham, Jackson, Hillsdale, Ottawa, Kent, Sonia, Clinton, Muskegon and its 40 miles radius of the surrounding counties. Job requirements: - Handyman Tools - Generator, Compressor - Ladder - Standard Tools - Smartphone (Must know how to take picture with Portrait + landscape mode) - Reliable Vehicle (Truck and Trailers) - Previous Work Experience. Work May Included: - Winterization. - Lock Changes. - Debris Removal. - Lawn Maintenance. - Snow Removal. - Janitorial Service. - Board-Ups. - Major Minor Repairs. - Electronic Completion. - Submission of Documentation - Taking clear Photos. Payments and benefits: - On time payment (Rush payment on work completion) _ Via Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo and Zele, and direct deposits - Bonus payments (With good quality and good volume of work) - Completion on 90% of the work orders on time will get a 5% bonus payment over the total payment every month. - Additional $15 Tip amount completion within 24 hours Job - Training provided for large scale preservation JOB | 10 - 15 minimum Jobs will be per week after that - Additional trip charge out of area Jobs - More benefits & work order volume would be added after 1 month on time and quality services - Referral Bonus $100 [After 10 work orders of referred contractor] Additional bonuses and rewards: - Quarterly, semi & annually bonuses based on number of work orders and excellent services - State and nationwide recognition for exceptional services - Increase work volume and prices with the company’s annual growth Interested ?
