The class is about empowering you with the knowledge & tools to keep you safe.It is designed to make you aware & prepared for any situation. I am a 5th degree black belt who has been actively practicing and involved in Kimura Shukokai Karate International for 33 years. I am a 6x KSI International fighting champion and was selected as the USA women's team coach. With my extensive knowledge, I want to EMPOWER women and men by teaching them awareness and basic self-defense moves.
