About The Speakers: Tim Caron: cofounder and head coach of Allegiate. With 2 locations in Los Angeles and a third on the way, Tim is pioneering elite level strength & conditioning in the group-based fitness space. Prior to founding Allegiate, Tim was the head strength & conditioning coach for Football at Army West Point. Prior to Army, he worked at USC, Georgia Tech, and Ole Miss. He has dual master's degrees in sports performance and nutrition. Eric Schmitt: Coach Schmitt is the Memphis Grizzlies' Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and designs programs for some of the NBA's most gifted and talented athletes. Prior to that, Eric was the Director of Sports Performance for all of UCSB. A lifelong student, Eric is in the know with the leading edge of the human performance world. He is an expert in program design, sleep, nutrition, and the human body.
