Refine ME is a class designed for the hand tied extension artist needing more personal guidance. (This class is NOT teaching any method). Refine Me is designed for the hand tied hair extensionist who is desiring more one on one. As hand tied artists and hair stylists, we have found the need for a more intimate space (free of judgment) for education.This class is perfect for the hand tied artist who is feeling a lack of confidence in their work. Perhaps you learned a method and aren’t sure where to go from there? Maybe you’re feeling a lack in one area of your work. You may have learned a method but didn’t have mentorship or someone to answer your questions. Or, you’re a young hand tied artist needing some guidance to help you work more confidently and efficiently. We cover: ▪️Proper placement for the ultimate coverage for your guests. Including specialty placements. ▪️Coloring hand tied wefts and weft color knowledge. How to choose the right tones for your clients desired look. ▪️Seamless cutting: We show you how to become confident in cutting your clients extensions so they blend properly. ▪️Beginning photography skills and lighting. ▪️Business guidance to help you grow and charge your worth. Our class is limited in size to truly give you, the artist, the ability to learn and process easier. It’s our aim to give artists great education in a comfortable and relaxed environment. We encourage our students to make themselves comfortable, move about the salon freely, and have the ability to learn in a way that works best for them. We take the ego out of learning.*Please note: we will note be teaching ANY hand tied methods in this class. Our mission is to build up our fellow extension artists in confidence. You’ll leave feeling more assured in your abilities and knowledge to grow your work.
