Licensed roofer for inspection

My insurance company is requiring a letter from a licensed roofer that says my roof is good for 3 years. Some inspectors have already said that the roof is old and its no good but it has never leaked and I'm not interested in replacing it unless it starts leaking. It has to be a licensed roofer. I am willing to pay a good price for the letter. Make an offer. Please don't come if you're going to say the roof is no good and try to sell me on replacing the roof.
