Join this by donation class guided by Shelly Saunier each and every Sunday from 11am-12pm at the Easton Rooftop suitable for ALL LEVELS! Class will begin with a short meditation that will lead to a gentle awakening of the body through breath and movement to get heart rates and spirits up! Class will end with a relaxing Savasana that will hold an individual message from the Universe via a Tarot or Oracle card.
