In need of rehoming female Rat Terrier/ Chihuahua mix puppy. Shes 6 months, goes by Daisy & is in need of a home that has lots of patience. Daisy is a bit skittish, but loves cats. She's very intelligent, very energetic and knows a few commands like "come, go potty, sit, up, down, wait, and stop." Shes potty trained- this week she learned to wait at the door. Daisy needs someone who can give her plenty of love and attention she's seeking, and who has experience with puppies with trauma. She doesn't do well with retractable leashes- she has a fear of things being on her that she cannot get off. Shes afraid of being chased, and inanimate objects that may get caught onto her-such as plastic bags, or a piece of paper sticking to her paw will send her into panic mode. She needs plenty of patience.. Daisy is up to date on shots, dewormings, and has no fleas. She knows her name, so it's best not to change it. If you give her ANY human food, she'll go on strike and won't eat her food for days. I'm asking $400 as rehoming fee to make sure Daisy gets the home she really needs. Thanks.
