You like Superchunk? Seeking drummer for loud indie rock band

I'm a singer/songwriter in my early 30s who moved to the area recently and am looking to start a loud, angular yet poppy indie rock band. I've recently played some of my stuff with another gentleman on guitar/bass and am looking for a drummer to complete the band. Touchpoints include stuff like Superchunk, Chavez, Jawbreaker, Dinosaur Jr, Sebadoh, Pixies, Husker Du, things of that nature. Having your own gear and transport is essential, as is being a stable and reliable person to be around. If you have previous experience in bands, with songwriting, and in singing backup, those would be a big plus. If you even had your own practice space and PA available that would be incredible, but if not I have a couple of places in mind where we could practice. I don't expect to "make it big" off of the music I want to make, but seriously enough to hope to record/tour regularly and hopefully gain a following.
