Hello,  I have to be out of my current place of residence by Aug 31st(new owners/rent increase). I have been apartment hunting for a while now and have still not found anything reasonable or available. I can pay two months rent in advance and would be fine with a one year lease to start and utilities included. My current residence is furnished, so I won’t be bringing any big pieces of furniture with me. Just an ikea piece(small storage cube) and my clothes.  I am a friendly, quiet person by nature, so the noise level will be down and rent will be on time every month.
