Looking for a good home for our Luna

Hi there, I’m looking for a the right home for our family dog Luna who we love very much, and would not be adopting out if we any other options. She’s great with kids (my 4 year old think she’s his personal wrestling partner) has never had an accident in the house, knows basic commands (sit, shake) and does great on a leash. I found Luna emaciated and “living” in a windowless garage at a home I was renting a few rooms in until this month. My kids and I took over care for her in October - and were able to negotiate with the former roommate to take her with us when we left. We need to move out of state in a few months to live with family, and unfortunately they will not allow us to take Luna. We are hoping to find someone to either foster her for 6-9 months (until we can get our own place) or give her a good home long term.
