We are looking for: Commission driven individuals for a temporary Show Sales Associate position to represent TruStep as a Certified Fit Specialist. (Training provided in advance - Certification obtained onsite) Open opportunities for upcoming events in Massachusetts: September 17th – October 3rd, 2021 (West Springfield, MA) October 1st – 11th, 2021 (Topsfield, MA) Transportation and Lodging arranged and paid by TruStep Health and Wellness (if applicable) TruStep has been sold for over 40 years in 15 countries and distributed through the following channels: 1. Prescribed as a medical device through our network of doctors 2. Online at TruStep.com 3. Direct to consumer from one of our Certified Fit Specialists Our Certified Fit Specialists are strategically paired in teams and expected to manage all operations and sales for the pop-up location for the duration of the scheduled event. This partnership helps ensure that opportunities are maximized, back-up support is available and goals are met or exceeded. Responsibilities: - Complete product training assignment in advance of arrival - Must be a team player - Manage the daily opening and closing responsibilities - Ability to stand for long periods - Engage in customer conversations to identify sales opportunities - Provide clear explanation of TruStep orthotics and benefits - Measure and fit a customer for their TruStep orthotic solution - Process sales through a POS application - Manage customer concerns and escalations Skills: - Understand sales principles and customer service best practices - Proficient in English - Display confidence in communication and interpersonal skills - Exhibit a friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus - Must be able to perform under pressure and manage multiple customers simultaneously during high traffic times Candidates with experience in the following fields are encouraged to apply: Physical Therapy Fitness Training Personal Trainer Chiropractor Medical Device Sales Podiatry Shoe Sales Sports Therapy Sports Rehab Orthotist Existing TruStep Customers
