My dog Tippy escaped from a boarding facility that is located at 3996 Belair Rd last night. She is a black and white pitbull lab mix. She is very friendly and sweet, she will come to almost anyone who calls her by name. She unfortunately did not have her collar on due to safety reasons. She has a white chest, feet and just the end of her tail is white as well. If you see you please contact me!
