Rehoming mix Sheppard

I am looking to rehome our dog. He is a 1.5 year old mix Sheppard medium size dog. He is a very energetic and real loving pet. However we have realized that he needs someone with a yard that can allow him to roam and be free. We have tried to rehome in the past but have not found the right person that can care and love him as much as we do. We've had him since he was 8 weeks old and have cared for him as he was a family member. He loves running, playing frisbee and going for bike rides, however he needs some training as he can be leash reactive and loves to greet people with a jump. He's chipped, neutered and up to date with shots. We would love to find someone that has the ability to care for him and knows the potential of a mix Sheppard.
