I'm a general contractor and I have a full house remodel project going and my electrician fell ill at the last minute holding up the entire job. no license needed. Job is in gig harbor near home depot. The job consists of wiring can lights, rerouting wires from walls being removed etc. panel is in good shape. crawl space is brand new but you probably won't need to go under the house. hourly or bid.
