3 year old silver male lab for amazing owner only

I have a 3 year old male lab who is my best friend in the world. 105 lbs. beautiful. Athletic. Very very sweet to all humans. Neutered. Shots. Been spoiled his entire life. Very active. Huge water dog. Pools boating etc...completely housebroken. Does not chew anything. Life has unfortunately changed. While this breaks my heart I need to find him the perfect owner. Someone who has time resources and love for the dog. He is very obedient for the most part. There are some issues like why animal. 1) he needs to be trained again on a leash. I have a fenced property, we play on the Colorado rover regularly and have a pool. Just got lazy with leash walking. He’s a puller 2) he does have allergies. Really needs allergy shots every 6-8 weeks. 3) this is the most important- he needs to be the only dog/pet. Doesn’t really do well with other animals in his space. He’s amazing with humans and children. Ideally someone who has plenty of time and patience and knows the breed well. He is an American lab. Really hard to face this. If SERIOUS candidate please write me a letter about yourself and what type of lab owner you would be. I have over 10k invested in this dog, training and his belongings. I’m not charging. Just screening heavily. Thank you.
