**please read ad, as I am very detailed with requirements, specs, expectations - to respect your time. Looking for some help in getting this project done. We are by Delran, NJ This is a weekend project SAT/SUN Can Start & Prep Thurs / FRI if needed Experience in Porcelain Tile (cutting and setting) is a MUST! Cuts are to be made with Wetsaw, as these come out more precise. its a 40 Sq Ft bathroom, small - Floor Tile * Remove old stick vinyl floor * Place 1/4 Backboard on Subfloor * Install porcelain tile 48x12 * Cuts will need to be made to accommodate a floor register and toilet. * We have quick set mortar 2-3 hours * Need the finished product grouted * Remove old baseboards * Install new baseboards * Bathroom door may need to be trimmed from bottom. Area is 40 Sq Ft Tile Around Pre Fab Shower * Sand down Pre-Fab shower ends / dry wall * Install 3x12 tile around the shower ends * Grout along Area is 30 linear ft. ------------------------- Reply to this ad w. following Where are you located?
