Need contractor to complete small plumbing repairs & clear violations

We are a general contractor in MI and have a contract with a national property management company to clear violations on homes so they can go on the market for rent. A permit has already been pulled for the plumbing repairs. Inspector has 4 items listed he wants to clear to pass the permit. 1)Water in the tub not hot enough 2)Need vent in kitchen sink drain 3)Remove trap in basement and kitchen sink 4)Support laundry tray and faucet My company has been hired to do what is needed to clear these violations. I need an experienced contractor to be able to clear these 4 violations. Be able to contact city for reinspection (or any questions you may have), meet the inspector and have the violations cleared. Please do not contact me if you have never delt with city inspectors before. I want this completed early this week.
