Experienced Electrician Needed for short and long term work

After a house remodel our Primary Panel is now a Sub Panel. Our sub panel is located in our basement area with the majority of our electronic devices are. This last week the circuit breaker supplying power to several devices would no longer trip and is no longer supplying power or it supplies power briefly. It may be just a bad circuit breaker that needs to be replaced. I would like to have an electrician take a look and see what it would take to increase power to handle the load. I would also like to see if I can get a quote for rewiring the basement completely and making sure it's up to code before we complete our final inspection. I will be removing all the old drywall in the basement and would like to rewire at that time to make it quicker and easier.
