"To Protect and Serve". This is neither. Not all cops are bad but it's very rare for a cop to break the wall of silence and speak out against the bullies with badges cops running our local oppressors of the people. Cops that kneel on handcuffed suspects until they're dead will claim the person was resisting. Even after they were already dead. Until the good cops speak up and testify against all the rogue cops, no one is safe.
