I am interested in replacing a 32 x 32', 3 car garage with truss dormered 2nd floor. Designs, Permits and truss design quotes in place, looking for price from subcontractor to do framing and making weather tight. I am retired, enjoy this kind of work, but not full time and would like to participate. foundation in place.Time frame...asap!. Let me know your thoughts.
