Business is booming and we need reliable team players immediately. Our company specializes in the renovation of single family homes and preparing them for new occupants. If you are a handyman or currently in the apartment maintenance industry this is the dream job for you, no more residents to deal with, no one looking over your shoulder watching your every move. All of our homes are vacant while performing the renovations. You set your own schedule and can come and go as you desire as long as the home is completed by the due date. Here's what your new career would entail from start to finish- 1. Demo and remove light fixtures and ceiling fans/plumbing fixtures/appliances/window coverings/wall plates and covers/weatherstripping on exterior doors/door hardware/towel bars and bath accessories/toilets, all items would be piled in the garage and my demo cleanup team would come through and load into a dump trailer for disposal. 2. Next the house is painted on the interior and exterior by one of my subcontracted painters. 3. While the house is being painted, materials are ordered, delivered to the home and placed in the garage for you to install after painting is completed. 4. Now you will return to the home and install new light fixtures and ceiling fans/plumbing fixtures/appliances/window coverings/wall plates and covers/door hardware/bath mirrors and medicine cabinets/towel bars and tp holders/toilets/weatherstripping on exterior doors, complete a broom cleanup and the job is complete. Pay is based on a piece rate and works out to $1000 per house minimum, experienced and motivated installers can bring home $2000 per week (based on 2 homes completed per week) We currently pay bi-weekly but are going to pay weekly beginning mid September. We are also open to training mechanically inclined individuals, trainees are paid about 50% of the journey level rate until they have the ability to complete their homes independently. You can also respond via email with resumes or introductions that include work experience. !!!You must provide all needed hand tools and have transportation to and from job sites, tools needed are as follows- Hammer/pry bar/razor knife/flat and Philips head screwdrivers/chord less impact drill/chord less drill/nut driver set/broom/dust pan/step ladder/hot stick/painters tool(for scraping and caulk removal) Trainees can use our tools until they can acquire their own tools, trainees will need to have all tools listed before they can transition to the journey level pay scale.
