We are a property management company in the South Bay Area looking for a maintenance worker who will handle general apartment maintenance request. The maintenance worker is responsible for routine maintenance and fix emergency problems. Duties include: General repairs for an apartment building in the South Bay Area. -Painting -Light plumbing work -Regular maintenance -Basic electrical Other tasks may be assigned as needed. Part time, 1-2 Days a week, Perfect for a full time thats looking for extra income. Requirements: Reliable Transportation Able to lift 65 lbs /push 100+ pounds Organized and able to adhere to a schedule Self-motivated Job Type: Part-time
