I need a lady to clean my house weekly. I need clean, detail oriented, honest and punctual person. Experience and referral is needed upon contact If you say you are coming this day and this time you need to be on time. I am very clean normally, no shoes worn home, so your cleaning should be detail-oriented not superficial. The duty includes weekly general house cleaning, changing sheets( biweekly) some ironing(weekly). Once a month I require you to do one extra deeper cleaning. (like inside the oven or fridge) You will be required to do some IRONING every week. I have a professional steam iron and it makes it easier. IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH IRONING OR NOT PREFER TO DO PLEASE DONT CONTACT ME. I don't prefer students or someone who needs jobs temporary. If we get along I will continue having you all the time! Or if you want to fill up your schedule this job is not for you. We will set a day and time for weekly cleanings but I like you to be flexible with the day or time changes. Please don't contact me if you are not serious or looking for a temporary job. I will need to see your driver's license and take a copy of it. Language is no problem, I am not looking for perfect English, as long as we communicate and you clean meticulously, I am fine. I am easygoing, won't make any problem for you as long as you clean as I want. I will give all the cleaning supplies to you. Pay is 100$ weekly.
