Assembling Local Band for Gigs/Recording

I an an experienced guitar player and recording engineer/producer forming a blues band with cross-over into country and classic rock. Band will practice and perform in OC Beach communities. Primary focus is drummer and bass player who are geographically desirable and available (i.e., not hobbled by tons of other commitments) Also interested in solid vocalist, horns and keyboard.
