Help fixing daughter's electric scooter!

Hi, my daughter's scooter won't go. I thought it was batteries so replaced them yesterday. It still won't go. It lights up, showing charged, just won't go. I bought it used so don't want to keep pouring $ in to it. Any suggestions or anyone willing to look at it? Please email if so. Thank you. :)
