This is for a CLEANING POSITION with potential to turn into steady long term work. I am looking for someone RELIABLE, DETAIL ORIENTED, AMBITIOUS, DRIVEN and HONEST. This will start of as an on call position and will include a 90 day trial. You must be trainable and willing to learn. After the trial period there is definitely incentives based on performance. Great work ethic is a must and having the desire to put your clients first. I am also looking for someone that can Manage and Lead a team so if you do have more time and extensive experience in cleaning then please inquire as well. You will be required to interview with me prior to contracting you for the job. I am also open to hiring someone as an independent contractor. We are also open to all individuals including ITIN number individuals. Este es una posicion part-time (de medio tiempo) que puede convertirse en full time (tiempo completo) y permanente basado en el desempeño durante el periodo de prueba. Tambien estoy buscando a alguien que pueda hacerse cargo y manejar un equipo con completa seriedad y compromiso al largo plazo, que tenga experiencia mas extensiva en limpieza. No es necesario tener papeles. Se ofrece pago en efectivo.
